Programs and Prices

Full day program - ages 2 - 5 years

The program runs from 7:00 to 5:30 Monday and Friday and includes our preschool program Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 8:30 to 11:30. Children’s days are filled with play-based learning, exploring, discovering, and creating. Children are requested to bring a healthy lunch and a morning and afternoon snack from home which is enjoyed together with friends in an eating area.

Two year olds - $150.00 per week

Three - Five year olds - $145.00 per week

Preschool - ages 4 - 5 years

Children learn to develop a love for learning through play and explorations in groups and individually under the supervision of teachers who understand the importance of child lead learning. Children will all have the opportunity of enjoying regular scheduled field trips to parks, public library and other local places

Preschool I – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 – 11:30 a.m. ($60.00 per week)

Preschool II – Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 – 11:30 a.m. ($45.00 per week)

**We also offer all an all-day preschool program Tuesday and Thursday ($60.00per week)

Junior Preschool - ages 2 - 3 years

Our junior preschool program is a great way to introduce young children to a learning environment. Children will have opportunities to make choices, make friends, and discover a love of learning through play. We encourage children to development self-help, problem solving skills, empathy, and compassion for others.

Junior Preschool I – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 – 11:30 a.m. ($60.00 per week)

Junior Preschool II – Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 – 11:30 a.m. ($45.00 per week)

**We also offer an all-day junior preschool program Tuesday and Thursday. ($60.00 per week)

After School Program - Youth Center at JMA/SMS - ages 5 -12 years

The center opens at 7:00 a.m. for before school drop off. Staff remains with children either within the center or on the Middle School playground until the schools are opened and teachers are on playground duty, at which time (approximately7:45) children will be delivered to the elementary school or middle school playground.

Part-time after-school care - $80.00/week, per child

Full-time after-school care - $125.00/week, per child

**Snow days for afterschool children – an additional fee of $9 will be charged along with the usual afterschool fee

Little Learners Program - Located at 57 Boyd Street - a​ges 15 months - 3 years 

Our Little Learner centre is a great way to introduce your child to an educational childcare setting. At Little Learners we understand how important it is for a child to receive adequate educational building blocks, to promote the highest level of success throughout their educational journey.


Full-time:    15 - 24 months - $165.00 per week

                       2 - 3 year olds - $150 per 

Part-time:   15 - 24 - $33.00 per day

                        2 - 3 year olds - $30.00 per day
